To announce the rebrand of the IFP to The Gotham Film & Media Institute, we produced a 3 minute trailer to commemorate the IFP and what is has already accomplished in the first 30 years.
Being unable to shoot in person during the pandemic, and armed only with archival photos, our team had to get creative in making a piece that would still stand out both stylistically and narratively. We virtually directed + interviewed with previous and current members of the Board to stitch together a storyline using additional animation/GFX to enhance the piece.
The video premiered at the 30th Annual Gotham Awards and on their respective social and web channels to renewed excitement towards the future of The Gotham.
