Sun River Health wanted to create a bilingual nationally televised commercial that felt authentic and celebratory for their 50th anniversary. The campaign’s purpose was to highlight their decades of community service and broad range of offerings, including a focus on telemedicine, to a diverse New York Tri-state audience and beyond.With the telemedicine ad in particular, the focus was on how that technology allows Sun River Health physicians to connect with the communities they serve, especially at a time where patients may be afraid to visit in person.

Featuring four diverse patient stories including pediatrics, women’s health, age management, and gender-affirming care, we were able to capture the care and trust with which Sun River Health operates.

Incurrent Media handled the casting of professional actors to represent a diverse range of patient personas—including different ages, genders, and backgrounds—which allowed for consistent scheduling and the creation of relatable, authentic characters. Physician roles were filled by actual Sun River professionals and Incurrent worked closely with these individuals on set to ensure comfortability and relatability on screen. IInstead of filming in multiple homes, a single filming location was secured and dressed to serve as multiple patient "homes." This consolidated the shoot into two efficient production days, reducing disruption and costs.
